Inspired by a true story: Mother is drugaddicted, grandmother is old and ill.
The oldest, 16 years old daughter Gracie (Kristen Bell) wants to keep family together, she dont want put her three younger half-brothers to adoption. So she must take care of them, regurally visit social workers, go to court, school, part-time job and also cooking, cleaning, reading stories and so on.
When I saw it, I thought myself, that is not possible to do and arrange everything. But her desire was so strong. For her brothers she is a sister and also became a mother.
